• Always swim diagonally to the beach when you get caught in a rip.
• Always try and swim where other people are swimming.
• At surf beach always swim between the flags.
• If you get caught in a rip put your hand up and shout HELP.

Today I was leaning how to write instructions on how to brush my teeth.

Ingredients

Water,Toothpaste,

Utensils.

toothbrush

Instructions.

First get your tooth brush.

Next  put some toothpaste onto the toothbrush.

Then you wet your brush with water.

After that you brush your teeth really well.

Brush it sideways,up and down and round and round.

Next rinse your mouth with water and spit it out in the sink.

Finally clean your toothbrush and put it away.
